With the aim of increasing both energy and resource efficiency, the initiative contributes to the following: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Improving the quality of life of residents and\/or building users<\/li>\n<li>Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions (CO2 emissions)<\/li>\n<li>Promotion of digitization<\/li>\n<li>Increasing the recycling rate and reuse of materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Renovation Wave comprises an action plan with concrete regulatory, financial and support measures to overcome the existing barriers to building renovation.
