The action plan has four objectives: to raise awareness of climate impacts, to develop a method for reducing CO2 emissions in construction, to coordinate existing and new projects in the area of climate, energy and resources, and to develop an SIA action plan to create a sustainable living environment. The action plan is divided into four phases, which are to be implemented by 2025.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SIA uses its expertise and standards to support the planning industry in the transformation of the building and infrastructure stock. The SIA also supports the federal government&#8217;s Energy Strategy 2050, which aims to reduce energy consumption and increase the proportion of renewable energies.
