Economic operators (companies) that place products on the market in the EU must fulfill the new requirements of the ESPR and the newCPR. In addition, the MRA must be adapted to the new EU regulations. In particular, this requires a revision of Swiss construction products legislation.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each DPP must be registered in an EU register when it is created (ESPR, Article 12, point 4a). Once this registration has been completed, the company will receive a registration number for each DPP, which must also be visible on each individual customs document.
