As long as the Swiss Construction Products Act (BauPG) has not yet been revised, i.e. the newCPR has not yet been adopted into Swiss legislation, a DPP is not yet required for these products. However, a lack of DPPs can result in competitive disadvantages, as competitor products with DPPs offer greater transparency and traceability.
