The Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SME (DG GROW)11 is a department of the European Commission that aims to create an open, seamless and resilient single market, promote innovation and entrepreneurship and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). DG GROW implements the Construction Products Regulation (CPR), which sets out the harmonized rules for the sale of construction products in the EU. It works closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO)12 to ensure that European standards are applied internationally.
