All project goals are objectives set by the client. In order to achieve them, the measures for achieving them are formulated in the rules and regulations. This is done, for example, in the use cases, and as a result of the LOIN (Level of Information Need) in the definitions of the LOG (Level of Geometry), LOI (Level of Information) and DOC (Documentation).
However, other specifications, such as the use of a standardized collaboration platform, also serve the project objectives.
Especially in the rules and regulations survey (AIA or preBEP), the contractor should ensure that all project objectives are formulated in a comprehensible manner and sufficiently backed up with implementable measures.
