The documentation “Level of Information Need – Basics” from Bauen digital Schweiz / buildingSMART Switzerland is to be classified as a recommendation. They are based on the SN EN 17412-1 and SN EN ISO 19650-1 and -2 series of standards.
The documentation is intended as a practical report and serves to promote understanding. It does not claim to be complete and conclusive. Further developments in the application of the Level of Information Need will be included and incorporated into further documentation.
