Planning phase

This article contains the service profile of BIM project management (BPL) for the project phase planning phase (corresponds to LPH2 – preliminary design, LPH3 – design planning, LPH4 – submission planning to LPH5 – implementation planning according to LM.OA.BIM) and is basically based on the specifications of openBIM project implementation.

Definition of the service profile

The LM.BIM 2025 service profile divides the services into basic services and optional services – These are summarized in one column. Optional services are declared using the LM.BIM code with the attached note “optional”.
